1. You may phone or fax us your credit card number. Contact Information is below.
2. International orders must paid by credit card. Once we receive payment, about 3-5 days your order will be processed and shipped.
3. If paying by credit card, please be sure to provide us with the following information.

   1. name as on card
   2. address that card is billed to
   3. credit card type (Visa or MasterCard)
   4. card number and expiration date.
   5. mailing address (if different from credit card address)

1. If paying by cashiers check or money order, we will advise you of your purchase amount. Once we receive payment your order will go out within 3 weeks.
2. If paying by check, orders will not be processed until the check clears your bank (about 5-10 days).
